Double Room Available to Sublet

I’m looking to sublet my room in our lovely 4-bedroom house while I’m away. The house has a garden, a big shared living space and garage, and a warm, relaxed atmosphere. It’s a fairly social house, we enjoy spending time together, cooking, chatting and occasionally going out to the pub, but it’s definitely not a party house. Everyone has their own routines and we’re respectful of each other’s space and privacy.

The room is furnished although I am happy to move any of the furniture into the garage while i'm away :)

You’d be living with three women aged 23–24, all working professionals. We’re a friendly, easy-going household and are looking for someone who is kind, considerate, respectful and communicative, and who would be happy to be part of a friendly shared house while also being comfortable doing their own thing. The house is queer-friendly 🌈

Dates - please do enquire even if they don't quite match!

I’m hoping to find someone from around the beginning of November, ideally initially for around 3 months, but there is quite a lot of flexibility around both the start date and length of stay.

I’m planning to be away for at least 3 months, but my plans beyond that are still a little open, so there is potential for the sublet to be extended depending on my plans and what works for everyone.

I’m also very open to shorter stays, longer stays, or someone starting in December/January rather than November. So please get in touch even if your dates don’t perfectly match what’s listed - I’d much rather hear from you and see if we can work something out than have you assume your dates won't work!
