one of our beloved housemates moved in with their long term partner.
accordingly we have space for a new housemate available in our property.
the rooms is totally unfurnished at present. ideally when the ball is rolling, if needs be a bed can be sourced from the very attentive & accommodating landlord.
Rent is 400 a month, bills via Do Energy (which covers all our energy usage) plus Sky & Council Tax comes to around 600 a month
LGBTQ+ house. everyone is trans, non binary, queer so no room or tolerance for any TERFs, homophobes, misogynists etc. Extremely political & work nights, however all very considerate of eachother’s needs/sensitivities.
