Looking for suitable flatmate

I’m looking for a flatmate to move in from 1st January.

Ideally, I’d love to find someone who is a working professional, respectful of shared spaces, considerate of others and mindful of quiet time.

The flat is a two-bedroom property, with shared use of the kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet and living room.

A little something to consider before messaging me: flat comes with a furry cat-mate 🐈‍⬛

It’s important that you’re comfortable around cats, as I’d appreciate someone who is happy to help out with a bit of cat care, such as feeding and letting the cat in and out when needed.

A little about the area:

The flat is in a lovely, quiet and green area of busy Headingley, just off the main road. We have lovely, friendly neighbours and everything you need nearby, including shops, coffee shops and restaurants.

In terms of transport:

* Approximately 15 minutes’ walk to the train station.
* Around 3 minutes’ walk to the bus stops, with regular connections to the city centre and beyond.

I’m hoping to find someone who will feel comfortable and at home here, while also being considerate and respectful of sharing a space with someone else.
