Cosy double room

Ben, Nathan, Chloe, Phoebe and Nick seek a sociable housemate, preferably female, to join us in the best professional house share in Headingley.

The room is a lower ground floor double room, well furnished with double bed, wardrobe, drawers, bedside table and desk. It shares a shower room with one other housemate and will be available from around 1st September.
All bills are included in the rent - the house has a large Smart TV with Netflix & NowTv, good permit parking, fortnightly cleaning & communal playstation. It has a nice fitted kitchen and is well furnished and decorated throughout. It also has a rear yard area with washing line and picnic bench.

Ben is a pharmacy tech at BRI, loves beer and getting parking tickets. Nathan works as a Business Consultant, Chloe works in recruitment, Phoebe works in sustainability and Nick works in investment banking (but we swear he's a nice guy).

Previous beer pong experience is preferred but not essential as full training is provided. If you’re friendly, good to live with and enjoy socialising with similar people then get down to NPV for a piping hot slice of the good life!

The house is managed directly by the landlady so no agents!
