A bright and spacious double room is available in a welcoming south-facing home with beautiful open views and plenty of natural light. The room is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, desk, wardrobe and good storage, making it an ideal space to relax, work or study from home.

The room enjoys a lovely sunny aspect and feels private and peaceful. A WC is located directly opposite the bedroom, with access to the main bathroom, kitchen, garden and large south-facing deck with outdoor seating.

The house is around a 15-minute walk from Hebden Bridge town centre, with a regular bus service to the town centre and railway station from the end of the street. There is ample on-street parking.

This is a calm, friendly home rather than a busy house share. I work from home developing a business, so I'm looking for someone who enjoys a peaceful environment and naturally treats a home with care and consideration. Ideally you'll be a professional who is independent, tidy and respectful, with your own work, hobbies and social life.

To help keep the house peaceful for everyone, I ask that cooking and showering are avoided after 9.30 pm wherever possible, and that late-evening noise is kept to a minimum.

Two months' rent is payable before moving in. The second month's rent covers your final month after notice has been given, so no separate deposit is required. All bills are included, including council tax, water, Wi-Fi and utilities.
