You will also have access to your own separate lounge/study room — ideal for working from home or having your own quiet retreat space.

The house is approximately a 15-minute walk from Hebden Bridge town centre and enjoys beautiful open views and plenty of sunshine. There is a regular bus service to the town centre and rail station from the end of the street, ample on-street parking, a large deck area with seating, and a garden.

You would have access to the garden, kitchen, your bedroom, your own lounge/study, a toilet and the main bathroom.

A kettle for tea and coffee is provided in your room for added convenience.

A couple of house considerations: please avoid cooking or showering after 9.30 pm, and be mindful of noise as the floors are a little thin in places. This is a calm home, so consideration and mutual respect are important.

Two months’ rent is payable upfront before moving in. The second month covers your final month once notice is given, so no separate deposit is required. All bills are included- wifi/ water/ council tax/ services.
