Also an additional living/ study room where you can work/ relax in the evenings :)

I work from home some days so a professional who works away in the day would be ideal.

OK back to the offer ! There is additional storage space if you require, available in the loft.

The house is situated approximately 15 minutes walk from Hebden Bridge town centre. It is south-facing, so gets the best sunshine. There is a regular bus service into the town centre and to the rail station from the end of our street. The property has wonderful views over the town and features a large deck area with seating and a garden.

There is ample parking on the street in front of the property.

You would have access to the kitchen, and a toilet on the first floor. Your bedroom and study/ living area is downstairs, close to the main bathroom.

Ideal housemates are respectful professionals who work or study and appreciate a beautiful location to come home to.

You will have a kettle for tea and coffee in your room for added convenience.

We do have a little rescue dog, who is gentle and lovely. He can take a little time to adjust to new people so please only apply if you are a dog lover!
