Nice large room

Large room in three-bedroom house in Heckmondwike.

Recently re-decorated and carpeted throughout. There is plenty of space for someone to have a peaceful area to relax as well as somewhere comfortable to sleep.

The kitchen and bathroom are shared and there is a nice back garden that has recently been landscaped. There is plenty of parking and easy access to the spen valley green way for walks/rides.

I work from home and spend most of the day in the front room, so I have set up the available room with a living/sitting area, however the kitchen can be used to sit and eat/socialize, but we will have our separate areas to chill etc.

I'm pretty easy going, and respectful of other people's privacy and need for downtime. I am hoping that whoever takes the room will be the same in this regard so we can get along well together.
