The house has a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, garden/patio and parking available. It would suit a working professional or mature student looking for a clean, peaceful place to stay.

The room is currently being prepared and can be furnished with a bed, bedside table and small desk/workspace.

Rent is £400 per calendar month, bills included. Council tax is included. WiFi is available.

Short-term or flexible stay considered, which may suit someone working locally, studying, or needing temporary accommodation.
