We have a spacious non-smoking double bedroom to rent in our home, sharing with 4 young professionals in their 20s.
The room is fully furnished with great storage. There is a shared living room, with TV and Amazon Fire Stick which leads into a large garden. The kitchen has a large dining table as well as all regular appliances.
The house is perfectly located 10 minutes from Horsforth train station, along with a bus stop for the 97 to Leeds-Guiseley opposite the house. Horsforth is a lovely area with many pubs, bars and shops, great for young professionals!
The price of the room is £485pm and bills will roughly be £90pm. This includes council tax, wifi, gas and electric and water. There is also a £24 fee every 5 weeks to cover the cost of our lovely cleaner!!
A refundable deposit of £400 is required for each room and the minimum tenancy is 6 months.
