The double rooms will include double bed, mattress, pillows and clean matching bedding (optional - you are free to bring your own!). There will be 2 bedside tables, a small set of drawers and a wardrobe (will replace the cubed unit in the pics).

The single room will include a single bed and one large chest of drawers for storage. There is a cupboard in this room which houses the hot water cylinder which is also available for storage.

All doors will have individual locks with 2 keys.

All bills will be included. Fast fibre broadband included.

Walking distance to Horsforth town centre, Horsforth and Kirkstall train stations are close for direct trains into Leeds. Any more questions about the area, let me know!
