The room available is in a nice house in a quiet area of Horsforth, not far from both train stations and the lively bar/restaurants on town street.
The room is available for short term let, as the house is up for sale. The room is available from the end of October 2026, and only for 2 - 6 months. The price reflects the fact the house is on the market, it will need to be kept sell-able, more so, if there is a viewing, which will also is the reason for the low pricing.
If 2 people are interested, it's £400 each, or if 1 person wants the run of the house it's £700. I'm only there a couple of nights a week.
For obvious reasons, I'm looking for a clean and respectable house mate.
No pets or smoking.
There's a big drive way for 2 cars and storage in the garage.
