We have a large bedroom which will be available from 22nd March in a fully furnished house and the existing housemates are looking for a non-smoking mid/late twenties professional to join them.

The house is in a quiet part of Horsforth, close to all the amenities and located on the corner of King Edward Crescent and King Edward Avenue. It’s just 5 minutes walk to Town Street and handy for all the bars, pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops there, including a large Morrisons supermarket.

In case you don’t already know, Horsforth is a great place for young professionals, 5 miles from the city centre (just 2 stops by train from the nearby station), and 10 minutes drive from the equally popular Headingley area.

As you would expect with quality accommodation, the house is decorated, carpeted and furnished to a high standard and comprises: Living room with leather sofas, TV, dining table and chairs. Fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer and large fridge freezer.
