Horsforth: Double bedroom + parking £450

I am currently a tenant but sadly am moving away from the area permanently for work commitments. I have loved living in this flat in a quiet neighbourhood in Horsforth Woodside which offers a modest sized double room with a huge cupboard for storage, a private bathroom, and a large open plan kitchen and living room.

My current flatmate and I both work from home and it works well, with my desk being in the kitchen with ample space. The price also includes free parking in a gated area as well as a garage. There is also a large wrap-around balcony which is lovely in the hot weather. When I commute into work, Kirkstall Forge is a 15-20 min walk (5 min drive) and the train is 8 minutes into Leeds city centre.

Looking for a professional to take over my tenancy from April 13th 2022. We would like someone who is sociable, easygoing and clean who enjoys a night out but also up for staying in and watching films on an evening. Please message me if interested - Faye (current tenant moving out).
