Room to Let

Hi there I'm Sundance, I have a large room to let in my home, the room is offered to let on either a Monday - Friday/Sunday-Thursday arrangement for those who commute to the Hudd @£300pcm or as a short term let agreement @ £330pcm all bills Inc.
The room is spacious, clean and has recently been redecorated and carpeted . It has generous built-in shelves, a single bed (bedding supplied if required) with a complementary set of draws and wardrobe, a desk and large window allows in plenty of natural light.

The only stringent requirement of the let offer that I wish to stipulate is that the kitchen remains a Vegan space (no animal products tolerated)

A little about myself, I work part time as a self employed gardener, I'm pretty left-field when it comes to most things, whether that be plotting to over throw the government(joking), or just simply 'doing the work' to become a better person. I'm not particularly looking for a new best mate but a degree of compatibility makes for a happier ship, I'm sure you'll agree. Also I have a dog called Buddy:) .
