Simple box room with double bed

Box room with double bed, storage space, outside the room wardrobe, view, shared lounge, dining kitchen, houseplants, garden, flowers and neighbourhood cat.

It’s my house and two other people live here. Things not changing for the worse when someone else moves in is the aim.

We smoke outside, it has to be actually cold before we put the heating on and the shared parts of the house stay tidy. In the week one of us goes to bed early and they don’t appreciate being woken up.

If you dislike people for badly thought out reasons then we won’t get on. Work seems a good idea to us but not working for an understandable reason is understandable.

Most types of pet would be welcome, cats, birds etc but unfortunately not dogs.

I’m in no rush to fill the room and there’s an extensive interview and assessment process. If that terrifies you on account of social anxiety or the like then don’t worry, in your case, I’m partly joking.
