Hi,

I am renting out one of the rooms in my house in Almondbury
I WFH 1/2 days a week. There is a dedicated office space that you can use if required.

About me
Cleanliness - Im not overly clean but I also like to be able to navigate a relatively clean house - people are busy and we have to accomodate each others schedules
Nightlife - Mon-Fri im usually in the house watching TV before work in the morning so would appreciate a similar lifestyle - do what you like at the weekend
Social - pretty easy going, happy to chit chat, happy for us to do our own thing

Bedroom sizes available are Approx:
- 1.80x3.78m

Couples are welcome - prices to be discussed
I have three cats - no more cats would be preferred. Smaller, chill dogs can be discussed on a case by case basis
I have a full size drive to park on
I have a bit of garden storage
I have space to store a bike within the house
I have space for someone to WFH at the kitchen table or an office currently going unused
