I am renting out one of the rooms in my house in Almondbury
I WFH 4/5 days a week so it would be ideal if you worked elsewhere, but it's fine if not. There is a third bedroom intended to be an office but again, can be discussed.
I am looking for a clean and considerate lodger that wants to live stress-free and in a relaxed environment. I do a bunch of home cooking (usually gym diet based) and would enjoy a lodger that shares a mature lifestyle.
I regularly have my girlfriend and her child over on weekends - you wont have to be out of the house but friendliness would be appreciated
