Single room with large desk area, plenty of storage.
I’m a live-in landlady as my sons have flown the nest and I now have a large empty house and a friendly cockapoo dog.
I have 2 rooms available to rent, the main one is featured in the photos, but I do have a 2nd single room similar size sometimes available (photo available on request). So there are often 2 lodgers plus me living in the house.
Includes new bathroom (shared with another lodger), potential off-road parking (depending on existing residents), garden, shared laundry and cooking facilities, TV, fibre broadband, shared open plan kitchen/dining/lounge, great views.
Lepton is a large semi-rural village, 10 min drive to centre of Huddersfield, good bus links, 2 min walk to mini-Morrisons, post office, chemist, doctors and direct access to woods/fields for walking.
Room only available for Short-term all week rental (3-6months, renewable by mutual agreement) or longer-term Mon-Fri or flexible/part-time rental. Rent may be higher than stated if you work from home to cover heating cost.
Looking for professional person, must be clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces, non-smokers only.
For avoidance of doubt - references required, lodger licence agreement will be signed, ID will be verified in line with UK law.
Would suit someone working away from home or on secondment, or short-term contract, or moving to the area, etc.
