Bright, comfortable furnished double room with a separate private living room available in a clean, quiet home from 30 October.

The homeowner is an older Indian lady, so we are looking for one female lodger who is clean, considerate and looking for a peaceful home rather than a busy house share.

Speaking Hindi, Punjabi or Urdu is essential, so that the homeowner and lodger can communicate comfortably.

The accommodation includes a furnished double bedroom with the double bed shown in the photos, plus the additional living room for the lodger’s own use. Please note that the sofa and TV shown in the living-room photograph may be removed before move-in and therefore are not guaranteed to be included.

The lodger will also have shared use of the kitchen, garden, washing machine and ironing facilities. The main bathroom will be primarily for the lodger’s use, although the homeowner uses it approximately once a week.

Rent is £500 pcm excluding bills, or £550 pcm including household bills and Wi-Fi.
Deposit: £550.
Single occupancy only.
Initially available for up to 6 months, with the possibility of extending if the arrangement works well for everyone.

This is a quiet household, so it is important that the lodger has a compatible lifestyle. We are looking for someone who is normally home by 9pm Sunday–Thursday and 10pm Friday–Saturday. No overnight guests are permitted.

References will be required.
