Double Room in Leeds Dock Area to Rent

My name is Mari and I am looking for someone to move into my lovely flat by the docks.

The room itself is a double bedroom. There is not currently a bed in this room due to a period of personal transition but there would be by the time of moving in.
The room is an ensuite with a shower and currently hosts a stand-alone wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The desk pictured is not included but plenty of room for one if this is what you are wanting!

The living/dining/kitchen area is super cosy and retains heat really well in the winter but also keeps cool in the summer as there is a lovely balcony looking onto the river!

I would prefer a female flatmate but if we got along the gender of the flatmate does not matter! Looking for at least a 6 month period. I would love someone who is sociable and looking for a friendlier flat, rather than just a room.

I enjoy going out to bars but also love a night in with a bottle of wine or a crafty activity.
I am vegetarian and do have some allergies to be mindful of but beyond that just love a clean and cosy flat.
I work an office job, primarily in-person with the occassional work from home day.
Unfortuantely me and my partner have split, and this is why the spare room is going up now. There is some flexibiltiy on move in date but to be discussed.

The amount indicated includes all bills at present, this would change if you wanted to change any providers.
The council tax band is D.
You would be subject to the letting agency/landlord's checks.
Pets are subject to above approval as well but I am happy with cats and anything smaller, no dogs, sorry!
