Infront of the room

Hi I am a PhD student at the University of Leeds. I am looking for someone to let one bed room of the house. This is a two bedroom furnished house with shared large living room, kitchen, bathroom (with baths), and washing machine (without dryer). The accommodation is 10-12 minutes walk to University of Leeds. Some of the bills (internet, water, content insurance) are included with the rent.

The rent does not include electricity and gas bills which costs approximately GBP 50-60 per month in winter and 30-35 in summer.

Usually I try to be clean and tidy. I also like to socialize with people. I do not smoke or do not have pets in the house. If you are searching for a peaceful quiet place with grocery shops (Sainsburry, Abubakar, and continental) within three to five minutes of walk, closer to the university, bus stop in two minutes walk, this is a perfect place for you.

Description of the room: The room is very big with a large working table, two cup boards with full view mirror, three large chest drawers. There is open lounge in front of the room.

There is a garden in front of the house and a parking space on the street.
