ONE BIG ROOM IN A NICE AND QUIET TWO BEDROOM HOUSE

For one month.

Hi I am a post doc researcher at the University of Leeds. I am looking for someone to let a room in my house for one month.

This is a two-bedroom furnished house with

- Shared kitchen,
- Shared bathroom (with baths)
- Washing machine (without a dryer).
- Internet included with rent
- Water bill included with rent
- Content insurance included with rent
- Counsel tax included with rent
- There is a living room but I used to work here most of the time.

The rent does not include electricity and gas bills which is GBP 35-40 in summer.

The accommodation is a 10-12-minute walk to the University of Leeds.

The house is pet and smoke-free. If you are searching for a peaceful, quiet place with grocery shops (Sainsbury's, Abubakar, and CC Continental) within three to five minutes of walking, closer to the university, and a bus stop within a two-minute walk, this is a perfect place for you.

Description of the room: The room is a big room with a large mattress and plenty of storage (check the photos).

Other facilities:
There is a garden in front of the house, and you can park off the street.
