About the house: This fully furnished house is ideally located, with Burley Park station and couple bus stops all less than 5 mins away. There are two Sainsbury's, Co-op and Hyde Park Picture House, all a stone's throw away ✨

The house has a little garden, on-street parking and gets a lot of natural light as can be seen in the pictures. It also comes with a spare room which is handy when visitors are over. There's a shared bathroom with a bathtub plus shower :)

🛏️ The double room on the second floor has plenty of storage and comes fully furnished!

The bills along with council tax and TV license comes up to around 180 pounds. Note. Council Tax - Band A
