I am in need of a tenancy take over from 28/6/26 - 27/6/27.
The house is a 5 bed, with 3 bathrooms, and a spacious shared living room/kitchen. The room advertised is a spacious double room. Bills are paid separately, through uni homes, at £23.30 per week.
The other flatmates are all female, second year university students. I need a replacement for my room in the house as I am planning to move out.
