Hello! I'm looking for a student to take on my tenancy as am unexpectedly taking a year out from uni.
The house has three lovely girls going into second year at University of Leeds who are looking for a fourth student to join them in Hyde Park. They love a good movie night and weekly pub quiz at Rita’s, as well as the usual student socials and regular girls nights in. All rooms in the house are double bedrooms and fully furnished. The pictures on the letting website are somewhat outdated, and the large wall between the living room and kitchen has been knocked through to make a great living area. There is a separate utility area, with extra storage, tumble dryer and second sink. There is also a second utility cupboard which houses the washing machine.
Available from 1st of July (but would consider 1st September start if needed)
