Hi! We've discovered our roommate is unable to carry out her tenancy. Our house is on Mayville Avenue, just off Cardigan Road. Its a nice area, and <3mins walk from the Co-op. The room to be taken is on the ground floor, adjacent to the living room and kitchen. The bedrooms are all virtually identical in size/shape, although this room is slightly bigger. The monthly cost of rent+bills is £610.
We're 20 (girl) and 23(guy), both doing MSc years at Leeds Uni and Uni of Law. We're clean, respectful, and relatively social (although not over the top drinking every weekend). Please reach out if you're interested and we can go from there.
