As I’m leaving university, I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a house with 5 lovely girls, all second-year at the University of Leeds.
The room is on the ground floor, and the house has two bathrooms, a downstairs living room and kitchen. It’s on a quiet cul-de-sac just a 15 minute walk from Uni of campus and a 4 minute walk to 24 hour Sainsbury’s.
The girls love spending time together outside uni and would love another female student to join them.
Available : immediately
Rent : £145/ week including bills
Tenancy runs out : 30th June 2027
