Looking for 2 housemates! 🏡

Me and my friend are looking for two people to move into our house for the next academic year! The move in date would be the 1st of July 2027. We’re both going into our third year at uni. I’m a nursing student and my friend studies law! We’re ideally looking for people who are sociable and friendly.

Location: 10-minute walk from the university and 5 minutes from the 24-hour Sainsbury’s.

Rent: £575 per month, including bills!

Bathrooms: There are two bathrooms in the house, so you would only be sharing a bathroom with one other person.

Important: We understand that this is quite short notice, but we do need to have a final decision by Tuesday 10th November at the latest. If we are unable to find two people by then, unfortunately, we will have no choice but to move out. We apologise for the short notice but hope you understand that we need to know as soon as possible so we can make the necessary arrangements.
