I have a largely self contained top floor to rent in central Ilkley for up to three months. Consisting of a double bedroom and living room, with an en suite shower room and landing kitchenette (fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave).

The rooms are the top floor of a large Victorian house. Accessed through a shared front door and four flights of stairs. We’re within 5 minutes walk of Ilkley Grammar School, the train and bus station and the wide range of shops, restaurants and bars of the town, as well as the moors and river.

I have a lodger 9 months of the year, then she travels for 3 months. So there is no chance of extending the letting period, which is from 6th January to 31st March 2026.

I’m looking to rent to a quiet, female, professional, non-smoker. Not FT WFH. Cat lover a must, as I have three. I have an arts background and work PT in Ilkley at Clarke Foley Community Hub. My son is in his second year at Durham University and is home in university holidays. We are a liberal / progressive household and would like to rent to someone with a similar world view.

I would consider term time only / weekday only letting. Price dependent on requirements. From £35.00 a night pro rata to £700p/c/m. Includes bills for - WiFi, council tax, gas, electric & buildings insurance. 6 months minimum then one month rolling contract. 1 months deposit in advance. Parking permit can be obtained through BMDC.
