This is a quiet household and no parties allowed nor noisy music in rooms.

All bills are included although heating is fair usage and heating off during days in rooms.
Communal TV in lower ground lounge. You will have to use your laptop in rooms.

There are two shower rooms on 1st and 2nd floor and a loo by the LG kitchen and lounge.

The kitchen has 2 cooking hobs, 2 ovens and 3 fridge/freezers and plenty of cupboards!!

***Right now we have ROOM 1 and ROOM 5 available from October onwards***

Room 1 is an en-suite room and on ground floor. It’s 9.1m2 and has a desk, chair, wardrobe, bed and mattress plus a chest of drawers.

Room 5 is in attic and there’s a shared shower on this floor. Room is 6.9m2 with some quirky angles and velux window. It contains a desk, chair, wardrobe, bed and mattress plus a chest of drawers.

This is the monthly cost on a 6 months or more contract, if it’s shorter than this we charge more, please contact us for pricing for shorter contracts.
