Spacious room next to Headingley train stop

Hi there!

Looking for a new flatmate! It's in a great location, a minute walk from headingley train stop, and a short walk to Headingley/Kirkstall and Burley centres.

The room is large and has its own ensuite bathroom, furnished with bed, built in storage and chest of drawers. Desk can be provided :)

The rent includes all bills so there's no extras to worry about. Plenty of on-street parking and a bike shed for storage.

I'm pretty easy going, social but appreciate my own space at times, and pretty clean & tidy, so would be ideal to share with someone on a similar wavelength. Current household activities include Horror films or Romcoms (there is no in-between ☠️ ❤️) and drinking wine in the park.
