Rent is £475 per month and all bills are included* (council tax, tv licence, water, BTopenworld broadband, Electric and Gas)

*Electricity and gas are paid by the landlord each month for the months usage the month before. I pay £160 of the bill and split the rest 4 ways. This means that usually from March to October there is nothing to pay, which slowly increases from October as the months get colder usually peaking in Jan/Feb and then tapering down to nothing to pay for the summer again. I send you the bill each month for transparency and how much I need from each person. Its the fairest way of controlling it.
We also have locked down heating thermostat which helps keep a sensible level of warmth and avoids waste.

The house has 4 large bedrooms and being the end terrace is bigger than others on the street.

The room comes with furniture (Wardrobe, Double Bed and Chest of Drawers).

Basement consists of two storage/utility rooms available to all house mates.
Ground floor a big kitchen and living room and newly refurbished living room.
1st floor, two large bedrooms and a bathroom with new shower..
2nd floor, two large attic rooms.
