Hey everyone! ✨We are looking for someone to fill a room in our 4 bed house in gorgeous Kirkstall (right next to the abbey).
Rent is £375 (without bills) which roughly come to around £80 each. The contract is getting renewed in August so rent could go up a little but no update on this as of yet. We are council tax band B.
The room is on the smaller side but with ample light and good storage space. There is a bathroom on the same floor which is shared with one of the flatmates.
Huge kitchen/ living room with great storage.
You will be sharing with two performers and one drummer;
