Ensuite room - super friendly houseshare

By a country mile this has been the best house share I have stayed in. However, I have recently purchased a house, and consequently - albeit mournfully offer out my room to a lovely person to compliment this household.

You will be living with a professional couple in their mid thirties. They are pleasantly social, and love a good natter and outing. They are absolutely amazing; very generous and extend good hospitality with regular dinners, and countless funny stories. They are also super chill with using things such as their TV, Playstation ect.. They reside on the very top floor.

The room on offer is on the lower floor with its own bathroom, and direct access into the rear garden via patio doors. On the middle floor is the communal kitchen and living room. It effectively means that you have your own floor on the house; perfect if you enjoy peace and quiet (and privacy) :).

The room comes furnished, and upon moving in you will benefit with a brand new bedframe and mattress!

There is plenty of on-street parking.

Bills are not included, but they total about £120 p. c. m. There is a air source heat pump which benefits the property with lower energy costs during the winter.

There is a pet cat (A super friendly ragdoll called Loki). This cat adores being hugged, and I have found him to be a brilliant companion during my work from home days. A bit reserved at first, but after a week or two he will adopt you as one of his trusted humans.

Although this property affords tons of privacy, I value handing over this room to somebody who is the right fit for the house, and thus it would be great when viewing the house to also have some time to meet Alex and Corrine (and Loki) :D.

With regards to move in dates, I am reasonably flexible between September and October-ish.
