Lovely postgrad house with garden. Was a family home so good quality furniture etc. Communal garden, kitchen, dining room and sitting area. Bills/gardening arranged by landlord so you can concentrate on your studies. Vibrant area 10 mins walk from the university.

Available to postgrad students only. NON-STUDENTS NOT CONSIDERED. Undergraduates may be considered if older. This will be a house of 6 postgrad students.

*4 ROOMS FULL, 2 ROOMS STILL REMAINING (Long room and first floor front room) for Sep 2026- Aug 2027 academic year. Only available to postgrad students who would like a contract for the full year.*
*One room (basin room) available 3 months for the period 1 Jun-31 Aug 2025. This is also only available to postgrad students who would like to take the full 3 months.

Two bathrooms, both with shower, one with bath. Two toilets. Washer and dryer. Two fridges, two freezers. Large dining table and chairs. Sitting area with sofa and chairs. Central heating.

Bills will be an additional amount around £85 per month (depending on energy usage) and includes gas, electricity, water, high speed broadband, and gardener.

No agency fees.
