Currently home to five young professionals, working across the city, in areas including health, education and IT. They are laid-back, clean, tidy, and enjoy activities like walking, cooking, watching TV, and playing computer games. They're looking for a new housemate who will fit into the house dynamic and see the house as a home, not just a place to stay.

Each bedroom comes fully furnished with sturdy Ikea pieces, including a double bed, bedside table, two large mirrored wardrobes, chest of drawers, and a desk with a chair.

The house is equipped with safety features, including a hard-wired fire alarm, emergency lighting on all floors, and fire doors throughout, which also provide excellent soundproofing. All windows are double-glazed, and the house has broadband wifi throughout.

On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room with a TV, as well as a large kitchen/dining room that leads to a laundry area and a separate shower room. There’s also a cellar for additional storage.
