All bills are included (council tax, electric, gas and water, high speed broadband, TV license etc). There is also a communal plasma TV, new furniture and soft furnishings throughout and each room comes supplied with a bed, bedroom furniture, desk and desk chair.

The location is great for anyone who works in Leeds as is situated opposite Headingly train station, a 30 second walk from Kirkstall gym, is a 35 minutes walk from the city centre, with buses also running into the city frequently from a stop near the property.

The other professionals in the house are looking for a tidy, sociable person to join their home, and I am looking for someone who will pay the rent on time and treat the house like their home :)

The room is well decorated, completely furnished, include all bills and £459 per month)
