We are a family of 4 and looking for a female tenant to rent our spare room. The room is a lovely double bedroom with ensuite, and views of the park to the side of the house. Parking space available if you have a car. We both work, I'm a secondary school teacher and my husband is in Health and Safety. Our children are 13 and 10 and we would respect your privacy and be sociable also if you wanted. You would be welcome to eat with us or if you prefer stay in your own space. We are happy to host college/uni students as well as working professionals any age is welcome.
The house is 5 bedrooms so you won't feel overcrowded. It has great links to m1 m62 and plenty of buses to all parts of Leeds /Wakefield .
