We have a luxury spare room that has recently become available in our family home.

We are looking for a female tenant preferably..

The double room is newly decorated with a king size bed, with its own ensuite – plus, you’ll have beautiful views of the park right from your window. If you drive, we have a parking space available for you too.

A little about us – I’m a secondary school teacher, and my husband works in Health and Safety. Our two children (14 and 11) keep us busy, but we’re a relaxed and easygoing household. We completely respect your privacy but are always up for a friendly chat or cup of tea if you’d like some company.

Our home is a large five-bedroom house so there’s plenty of space – you definitely won’t feel crowded here! We’re open to renting to college/university students or working professionals of any age.

The house has great transport links to the M1, M62, and buses running to Leeds, Wakefield, and beyond.
