Bus stop at end of street with direct route 13A to Leeds City Centre (Vicar Lane) via Roundhay Road (St James hospital) or no3 via Chapel Allerton both to Vicar Lane/Headrow, Leeds centre.

Comfortable , quiet, well connected for Leeds, friendly, open to professional person or mature student.

Both rooms have their own workspace.

The house has a large shared dining room that leads into a fully fitted, modern kitchen, with access to an outdoor, seated patio garden.

Modern bathroom and shower.

I usually only have one lodger. Btw. So plenty of space.

All inclusive of electric, gas, council tax, water and internet. (Virgin Media megabit).

Situated in leafy Gledhow, North Leeds between Roundhay Park and Chapel Allerton. Oakwood and Street Lane bars & shops both close by.

Lovely area near Roundhay Park. Short walk to Gledhow Valley Woods with cut through to Chapel Allerton. Lidgett Lane Larder coffee and delicatessen, post office and mini market on the corner.

Bus stop at end of street with direct route 13A to Leeds City Centre (Vicar Lane) via Oakwood or via Chapel Allerton to Leeds City Centre. Quick drive to St James Hospital, LGI and Chapel Allerton hospital. Easy access to the inner ring road and Harrogate.
