I have a spare room for a lodger
Available for £600 pcm Inc bills . Available from summer/flexible. Short term is available but long term could be considered if we vibe.

Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances inc dishwasher, plates, glasses, cutlery etc no need toooo bring much.
The house is large with 2 reception rooms, a basement storage room, utility and an attic study/snug. There is space to WFH but not WFH full time...depending on days wfh required this would need to be discussed with the household.

On street parking no permits required.
All bills included, fast Virgin Media Broadband, council tax, TV licence.

I am looking for chilled & respectful professional housemate to share my lovely home with, I am a live in landlady. the abilty to clean when necessary, take part in household task/chores such as taking the bins out, feeding the cats and act reasonably with respect to shared spaces is important. like minded people who take care of their environment and actively recycle would be great.

I've had lodgers here for 6 years now. I enjoying living with people and sharing my home.

We do not live with a cleaning rota, I just expect everyone to pitch in when a job is required - I have introduced a cleaning sheet record when done. Proactive cleaning - 15 mins here and there makes a lovely clean house for everyone! I'm also not a clean freak, life happens sometimes!!! If you don't want me to sound like your mum telling you to do stuff then you'll need to be proactive and do stuff!!

I enjoy music and gigs, socialising & meeting new folk, ENM, cooking, a good glass of wine, making cocktails, yoga, walking & hiking, basketball and now a cat!!! I work at festivals and events and am away for weeks at a time sometimes, also home for weeks at a time...my schedule varies.

Plenty of shops within a 5 min walk or cycle. 5 mins drive to White Rose Centre, John Charles Centre and Elland Road.

12 mins drive/taxi to the train station/town or. 20 minute cycle/ bus from the end of the road.

I would say the ideal location for someone working outside of Leeds as well as needing access to town i. e Manchester/Wakefield/Bradford as good access to M62/M1.
