Independent entrance to beautiful , unusual house in little known backwater of Chapel Allerton - very quiet , rural feel yet only 10 minutes bus ride into Leeds city centre & both hospitals. 5 minutes walk to lots of restaurants , bars , Deli cheesemonger , fishmonger , supermarkets , yoga studio , tennis club .
Peaceful, cosy room with WIFI , overlooking trees . Own desk /chair and wall mounted TV - terrestrial channels with Netflix & Amazon prime access. Bathroom next door shared with me.
Dishwasher / microwave and access to beautiful garden off the kitchen to covered patio . All bills , bi- weekly clean & change of bedding and towels included.. Friendly professional. Enjoy cooking and a quick catch up in the kitchen after work and occasional house meal , but mainly like my own space .
