I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy.
Blenheim Point is a student accommodation
of University of Leeds for postgraduates (Postcode: LS2), you could find more details in the university accommodation website.
The location is close to the campus, Engineering Building, Parkingson Building, and LUU as well.
It's £151/week including all bills (gas, electricity, water, internet), Edge Club sports membership and basic contents insurance. You will share the kitchen with four other flatmates. The kitchen is equipped with washing machines and tumble dryers.
The whole duration of contract is 51 weeks ( 17/09/2022-08/09/2023). The fee of those weeks before you move in will be paid by me.
We will complete this replacement through the official University of Leeds Accommodation Team process.
The requirements are:
1. Same sex as me (female).
2. Postgraduate of University of Leeds.
3. Halal dietary preference.
4. Not staying in the uni accommodation currently.
