St Marks Residences 4-person flat ensuite

This is a uni accommodation and an international community five minutes away from the uni by walking. You will need to be a student to be eligible to live here. All bills are included and there is no council tax to pay. The flat is on the ground floor. There are two American girls and one British guy living in this flat currently and they are all quiet and polite. The flat is clean as we all keep it that way and a janitor comes in every morning on weekdays to take away our trash in the kitchen. It is noteworthy that it is a 4-person flat while most flats here accommodate at least 5 persons (it can be up to 9 in some cases). This means all the equipment in the living room and kitchen (there are two fridges, one TV, one vacuum cleaner, one oven, one microwave oven, and four hobs) are shared by the four of you while in other flats those are shared by at least 5. The bedroom is relatively spacious compared to most ensuites I have been to in Leeds. There is full Wifi coverage and broadband. As this is an ensuite, you will have a bathroom with a cubicle and a toilet to yourself. What brings this flat to the next level is the fact that there is even a safe in the wardrobe. There is a mini gym at the reception area and uni accommodation usually comes with an off-peak membership at the Edge as well.
