I’m pleased to offer a lovely 1 bedroom apartment located just outside Leeds city centre in Woodhouse. I have converted my house into a first floor apartment and (my) house above. The listed 1 bed apartment has a lovely living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. I am living just upstairs with my 2 dogs.

We have the best of both worlds as it backs on to beautiful woodland and an easy drive to: Leeds centre and all the hustle and bustle (5/10 mins), Leeds Train Station (10/12 mins), Leeds Arena (5mins), Leeds Uni campus (5 mins) and also very close to Leeds’ famous boroughs such as Meanwood, Chapel Allerton, Roundhay, with many great pubs, bars and restaurants. I also walk to town most mornings and it takes me 20 mins to get to Merrion Centre or 30 mins to the train station.

- ALL bills included: wifi, energy, water, council tax, free on street parking out the front, and i'm even happy to share my TV logins.

- You ideally need to like dogs as they will be roaming the garden on occasion

I've had a lovely tenant for the last 2 years who is now moving away, so I'm looking for someone to take over the first week of July.
