I’m looking for a young professional to take over my flatmate's double room as he is moving out to live with his girlfriend. I’m looking for someone similar to me who I will get along with: tidy, clean, sociable, but also enjoys some peace n quiet.

I’m 23, a young professional working in Finance (WFH 3 days a week). I enjoy a mix of the gym, going out, being social, cooking (all that jazz)

- River-facing balcony
- Double room available with direct patio door access to the balcony overlooking the River Aire

**Location:**
- Short walk from Leeds Docks (10-15 minutes)
- Approximately 30 minutes from the city center
