Looking for fun new housemate

Year lease but available indefinitely.

We, Dom & Rachel, are looking for two new housemates who are clean, kind & sociable. Dom is a part time Master’s student and SEN teachers’ assistant. He likes birds, walks, films and gigs. Rachel is a meditation teacher & singer & has a health condition so has limited capacity for work.

We tend to hang out around each other & value community. We also value a tidy & clean space so are looking for someone who does as well.

We really love this house and the little back garden / we`re just a two minute walk from Potternewton Park and a ten minute walk from Tesco superstore. Additionally, the bus stop for the number 2,3,3A and 36 for the city centre is just a 7 minute walk away.

Rent comes out at the beginning of the month and is £375 plus approx £120 in bills including council tax.

There's on street parking as well as a space on the drive. Room 1 shares a bathroom with Rachel. For room 2 there’s a separate bathroom. There’s a spare room as well, in case you ever wanted guests.

We take care of a bill each and try to rotate buying household essentials i. e. washing-up liquid etc.
