Double room in creative home nr Potternewton Park

A bright, double room is available in my clean and welcoming four-bedroom through-terrace home, ideally situated in a vibrant part of Leeds close to Chapel Allerton, Oakwood, and Chapeltown. The house sits between the beautiful green spaces of Gledhow Woods and Potternewton Park, with Roundhay Park also nearby. Roundhay Road’s restaurants and shops are just a short walk away, and there are excellent bus connections that get you into the city quickly and easily.

You’d be sharing with me – a creative practice lecturer at the University of Leeds and a practicing artist. I lead a busy professional life, am often away on weekends, and while I enjoy a friendly, social home, I also really value peace and personal space. My partner stays over occasionally, and there’s a second spare room that is sometimes used to host visiting artists.

I’m looking for a mature, clean, and self-sufficient housemate who appreciates a calm, respectful atmosphere. The house has a creative but relaxed feel and is ideal for someone who enjoys a balance of independence and friendly company.
