The flat features a huge L shape balcony that is the biggest balcony in the entire building.

This 2 bed and 2 bath house is situated at a 15mins walk to the Leeds city centre and 12 mins walk to train station. It has a Sainsburys, Tesco, M&S, and beautiful gardens at a 10min walk. It also has a large Lidl, Starbucks and B & M only a 15 min walk which is handy too.

The house is well furnished and is also just at the front of Wellington street if you work nearby. Also has car parking space available.
