I am moving out of my room and I am looking for someone to move in from the 13th of October. I am flexible with the move in date.

The flat is located in Far Headingley, 15mins walk to Headingley centre, 5mins to Meanwood Park and 20mins bus ride from Leeds city center. There are regular buses that stop right outside the flat.

The flat is located in a quiet apartment block with mainly young professionals and families living there. Free parking available on site. The flat is fully furnished and includes common kitchen and living/dining room area as well as shared bathroom. There is also a communal garden at the front. Two professional women currently live there and will be staying there at least until July 2026.

The room includes a double bed with underbed storage, desk, chest of drawers, shelves, mirror, large closet and bedside table.
