One large ensuite furnished room with a double bed (with easy lift ottoman storage under), desk with work lamp, chest of drawers, + space for clothing & effects. Plus a smaller second room suitable as a study, or chillout space with additional walkk-in storage.

You'd be sharing with one other person, a professional workign in the arts who sometimes needs to travel for work. It is walkable from town but just far enough away to relax. One stop from Leeds central [5 mins}, or a few stops by bus. There’s shops, parks, a gym, two fab cinemas and good places to eat, all within a short walk. Parking too if needed
