A room in a lovely flat with friendly housemates

We are renting a room in a three bed flat in West Park as our flatmate will be moving out at the end of November (room available from 1st December). We are ideally looking for a female room-mate who works full time. The flat is on two floors with a spacious living room and joint kitchen. There is a shared bathroom which is shared between the room for rent and one other (with the third having an en-suite). There is also a downstairs toilet.

There is a communal garden and it seems like we are the only ones that use it! The flat is unique with a lot of character.

The flat is in a good location, in a leafy area near Lawnswood school. There is a nearby parade of cafes and restaurants at West Park. The flat is within walking distance and short bus ride to Headingley. It is also on a direct route into the City Centre and Leeds University. If you like walking, it is also within walking distance to Horsforth. It is a quiet road with plenty of on-street parking (we have never had an issue finding a nearby spot to park).

To introduce your potential future flatmates - we’re called Olivia and Kam. Kam likes to go cycling and drawing. Olivia loves music and dj events.

We are a friendly household. While we all have our own friends and social lives, we would like to find someone who is fits in with the friendly vibe.

We are tidy and share the responsibilities around the house without any formal organisation. It is just expected that we pull our own weight. Bills are shared equally and we usually just set up a direct debit.

The room to rent is a spacious double, with plenty of room for your stuff. There is a wardrobe and a desk provided.

Whoever moves in will need to sign a six month contract with us, which will turn to rolling afterwards. We are looking for someone to move in from the 1st December.
