Room available in Unite Students accommodation (Leeds) – contract takeover / replacement tenant needed.

I’m looking for someone to take over my Unite Students room:

Accommodation: Unite Students – The Plaza, Leeds

Room type: Medium Highest Double En-suite

Flat: Flat 182 (shared with 4 other flatmates)

Room: Room C

Rent: £134 per week

Tenancy dates: 5 February to 5 September

Bathroom: Private en-suite

Shared areas: Shared kitchen/living space with flatmates (standard Unite shared flat setup)

How it works:
This will be a replacement tenant / contract takeover directly through Unite Students (you’ll sign your own agreement with Unite). Eligibility checks and the final contract will be handled by Unite.
