Double bedroom available in 3 bed detached house.

Hi, I have a large double bedroom available (the one decorated blue) . It's has a king sized ottoman bed and wardrobe. The house is a 3 bedroom detached house with large garden and garage. I currently live here and have a lodger in the smaller double bedroom. He is a great lad, very clean and quiet, he never uses the living room as happy enough watching TV etc in his room. He works in Leeds centre during the week so is out of the house from 8- 7 every week day. I spend 90 percent of my time at my girlfriends in Skipton so I'm going to use the single room as my room just because I want to keep new farnley as a base to come and see friends and family etc. Me and the current lodger have a very calm relaxed and respectful house. Neither of us have many visitors and if do then communicate with each other. We have it very relaxed with no dramas. You would have the majority of house to yourself for large chunks. I would communicate with all on the occasions I'd be back to stay but it won't be very often.
